I haven't been on here for a long time. My beloved Tiny passed away in my arms on November 24th, 2008. She was born on April 7, 1994, so she was 15.
I lost my job of 22 and a 1/2 years in June of last year, and she was the last bastion of sanity I had. I have come to terms with it, but I still hear her and my other beloved chihauhau of 18 years who passed away in July 25th of 2007. My quote of the year is "It is a fearful thing to love that which can be touched by death" Eleanor Roosevelt. I don't know if I will ever be the same again. I am the mother of three boys and now two Grandsons, so I will keep going. Eastern Star has much support for me and many friends. Hopefully I will be able to get and love another Yorkie as I did Tiny, but it will be hard.
Thank you all for your support over the past two years when Tiny was aging and I had many questions. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart! Melissa
