Default Might Have Made a Mistake

Sunday night I gave Lola, my 8lb. Yorkie, her monthly Interceptor heartworm medicine. Monday night I gave her a Frontline treatment which I only do once the weather starts getting warm, so she hasn't had a treatment since October. Tuesday morning she threw up, not too concerned because she only did it once. Wednesday she threw up two more times and became very lethargic with a little shaking. It was too late in the day to call the vet and I thought I'd see how she was this morning. When she got up she still seemed a little out of it so I made her some rice and put a little pancake syrup on it for taste and to give her some energy. As it turns out she snapped out of it, kept the rice down and hopefully seems back to normal. I'm wondering if I gave her both treatments too close together and maybe her system couldn't handle it. I'm wondering if anybody else has run into this?
