You need a program that can make animations; I don't think photoshop or powerpoint can do that. I have Paint shop pro, and it comes with an animation program, and there is also a free one available from Photoscape. You can open the avatar you have with Photoscape, and add or subtract pictures to it. Photoshop allows you to edit pictures, but you need something like photoscape to put several pictures into one file, called a gif file. Here's the link to the thread, with the free program.
