First, you need to go to UserCP. Next, look for Setting and Options on Your Control Panel menu on the right side of your computer screen. Under Setting and Options, you need to click on Edit Avatar. In the second box, you need to click on Use Custom Avatar. Then scan for your picture by clicking the Browse button. After you do that, you need to click on Save Changes.
