Haha, you are right- puppyhood can be a challenge. I think we've all been there (with other dogs). I've had Gracie and Spike since they were pups and I think I know why God makes puppies so darn cute.

Oh I so relate to this. Sugar's first momma called him Scooter. Once, when I had had him for 2 or 3 months, he was sitting on my lap. I whispered very quietly...
scooter... His head whipped around so quick, it broke my heart.

I tried again a few months later and , nothing. He's my little doggie soul mate though and we both know it!

It's funny because he is so much more bonded to me than any dog I've ever had from puppyhood.
