Cash has always had bad eye buggies but his one eye seems to be gooping alittle more than usual. Normally the gunks get hard and I pick them off or brush them out but one side is staying runny and its really sticky and matting the hair down to the point where I have to cut it off, I cut a chunk of hair off by his eye because there was no way of cleaning it and it looked so uncomfortable and the skin underneath looks raw.

Does anyones dog have really icky eyes?

Besides this he is happy and healthy and not rubbing his face or anything that would make me think his eye is bothering him.
Jackson's were exactly like this!

He always had the hard eye crusties that were easy to pick out but right after starting Wellness food, he began getting the nasty goopy stuff you're describing. It was odd that it started right after he began eating Wellness dog food but I didn't know if that was the cause. I know pollen is bad right now and just like w/ humans, dogs get affected too. But I switched him to Innova three days ago and it's stopped significantly!
