Suzi is my first yorkie . I am amazed as to how much she has already changed in coat color since she was a tiny puppy. She's 15 months old now and is still getting her adult colors. It is difficult to tell what a yorkei is going to look like as an adult. Sometimes, they can still change coat colors 2-3 yrs old.
If you have a chance to see both the pups parents this may help you have a better idea as to what your baby will turn out to be like when older.
Floppy ears are not a big deal to change. Usually the hair is just to heavy on the ears for a puppy to hold them up. Shaving them works best. Sometimes people will tape them up.
