I think the people had a right to sue over their dog. What I was wondering is if he had other dogs that died or were injured in his care why he wasn't closed down or sued before? Maybe he was and I missed that part? The poor children should NEVER have seen that, how could he do that to his own kids? Much less the mother of his children. Taking his own life in private would have been a totally different story.
