Unfortunately it is being reported that both children witnessed everything and that the mother did get out of the car but collapsed in the driveway...I will try to keep you guys updated on what else I hear I'm sure more will be on the news tonight. This is such a tragic event and some people were trying to blame the people who owned the beagle for suing saying so what is was just a dog
