I have the same basket and I have taken Chelsea out in it, the only thing about the basket is it needs more support or stability to secured it to the bike. The basket moves way too much and hard to maneuver when riding. You need to put a rack that attaches to the front of the bike and the basket will sit on that securely. I’ll be taking both girls on the bike once I get if fixed. One thing make sure your furbaby is secure in it. Chelsea jumps out twice thank goodness she was clip in. We were going down a hill and I was riding fast, wow, I sure stopped quickly, poor thing was dangling for a bit.
