UTIs can be a funny thing.
They can pee more (larger amount), pee smallerg amounts, pee in odd places, pee more often, have excessive thirst, have painful urination, etc. A dog with a UTI would probably pee more than 3 times a day unless they were really good at holding it and didn't want to go because of pain. If she is only going three times now, are you sure that she didn't have a problem all along and the antibios are kicking in now?
