Like Nikki said, I do love the Ark Naturals - it not only has the fish oil (fatty acids EPA/DHA), but also has borage oil - which gives LA and GLA, both of which can be really beneficial for atopy / skin issues. It also already has the E in it, so you don't need an extra supplement just for that.  |

I also just ordered the eye wash. It gets such good reviews I'm feeling so hopeful about getting everything under control... finally!!!
