Cincinnati is far from perfect, but all cities have problems. So I think it's hard to escape all the issues.

I am totally with you on the view of mountains and water!! That's like my dream!! Me and DH have thought about moving to Tennessee, but it's hard to just up and leave. And at this point in my life i'm not sure I could leave my family and all my in-laws, it would be too hard no matter how many problems we have lol.
