Was it a dark red blood or did it seen like look more like water broke. If that happened with no pup, off to the vet...like yesterday. I'm not sure what the bleeding could be but that doesn't sound quite right. Maybe something is tearing. I know with the water break, a little blood could be mixed with that. But just red blood, hmmmm, don't think that's good at all. She may be retaining a puppy, maybe too big. If that is the case, the other pups are in grave danger.
Please post and let us know what the vet says. I hope little Mommy is OK
