Riot was about 16-17 weeks old when he finally started liking and got the concept of treats! He now goes nuts for Bil-Jacs Little Jacs and, of course, Yorkie Yummies. Hopefully she'll come around in a bit!
As far as coming everytime she's called, it takes patience, Riot's still not all the way there. I'd start with other tricks now, if she seems to understand, just be sure too work on them consistently and she should remember =)
