I would go over and talk to the owner of the cats she rescues. Maybe she can add something to their food to make it nasty to your yorkie, or she might have another suggestion. IDK really. What a problem.
Our local humane society has a cool program right now. They capture feral cats, spay or neuter them, and release them in areas with field mice and other rodent issues, like farms. Farm families sign up to take the cats.
