It has to be the right size, not just the file limits, but the physical size, as well. If it's bigger, Yorkietalk automatically resizes it and it loses the "moving" aspect. If you are a non-donating member the largest side can be no more than 75 pixels, and the "overall file limit" size can be no more than 20 kb. So there's two measurements you have to look at. If your avatar is within both these limits, you can upload it to this thread and I'll take a look at it for you. I use PSP too, and you can do lots of unique things with their animation program.
