WOW!!! I made it through the first year with Sophie Kate.

As I sit here and let out a HUGE sigh of relief and think back to when she was was just 3 months old I realize I could have never made it without the advice from Yorkie Talk members.

Thank you to the experienced Yorkie owners for guiding me through the joys of potty training, aggressive puppy behavior and getting over the anxiety that my dog ears will never stand completely up straight.

Thank you to the new owners who along with me shared many laughs and the joys of having out little "bundles of joy".

Thank you all for always answering my questions and teaching me so much about Yorkies and just how special they are. Being a first time dog owner I thought I was prepared (I wasn't), thank goodness I found this site and forum.

Tomorrow I will celebrate the Birthday of our youngest (and most active) family member with cake (for the humans) ice cream (both the dog and human variety). Then we will begin working towards year two.
