Kentucky Leash Law
In Kentucky, dogs are not permitted to run at large between sunset and sunrise, unless they are accompanied by and under the control of their owner.
I don't like the "unless accompanied by and under the control of" part. However if you ask these people to keep their dog away from your dog and they dont then the dog is not under their control. |
