Wow...that guy sounds like a total a$$hole! Kaia and Riker are just starting to learn how to walk on the leash, so when people crouch down to pet them it gets a little annoying having to get the pups back in "walk" mode.
This one attendant in our building is really disrespectful. Although I know he's just trying to be nice and really likes my puppies, he'll pick them up without asking and won't put them down until I tell him "We have to go now!" He thinks it's funny to call them back to him, when they are following me back upstairs or to go outside. One time, my little girl Kaia was so wiggly, he almost dropped her! I was outraged!!!!
I really do not like people I don't know picking up my pups, let alone petting them.
Lately, I don't even give him the opportunity to pick them up or pet them as I carry them until they are outside. It's not that I don't like people, I just don't see why people feel the need to "touch" other people's pets without permission.
