I think u need 2 praise him when he pee's out side use pee pads in side near the back door just in case he needs 2 go while u r doing other things but u do need 2 watch him u will know when he wants 2 go the signs r easy 2 spot u can use treats when he gos in the garden give him a treat he will soon pick it up.
