I didn't mean that you are doing this consciously .....
when we love our dogs this can be misconstrued by them to mean we are given approval for this kind of behavior

and if she is doing this around You ... she maybe viewing you as a posession and protecting you

Barking .... you must get her attention
a can of coins
yelling - NO! or UH!
even a water pistol to get her to stop then you say No Bark!

Growling ..... NO! and what ever activity or attention she is getting stops

Nipping ..... samething

but the behavior has to be stopped and dealt with everytime
