I was wondering though ....if a breeder breeds an AKC girl with a dog of another registery ( or any dog for that matter) and the breeder also owns a AKC boy, if they were a dishonest breeder, cant they just say that the AKC girl bred with the AKC boy? How would AKC know, Im pretty sure that they DO NOT require DNA tessting on ALL litters. I think there is a list on the AKC website that determines when they would have to DNA test puppies. So doesnt that make them just as safe or unsafe as other registries?
