Sandy is on a diet too -- poor baby. She looks at me with those eyes when I'm eating and I know how she got overweight to begin with. Our vet gave us a plan to slim her down as well, so hopefully she'll be trim soon. |

Sadly there wasn't enough time for a hair cut! However, she showed me how to do it!? I said "you gotta be kidding"!! She said I could do it ... yeah .. sure ...!? It looked simple enough but I would be scared spitless! The main thing is all the way around her "skirt" ... it's so long it kinda curls under where it touches the floor. I don't have a problem trimming her ears, paws, butt or wee wee ... I have done that pretty often. Ava loved her coat ... she said the other girl from her litter had very thin hair and not the thick coat that Toto has. She just kept telling me what a beautiful coat Toto has! Made me feel pretty good about all the work that goes into it!
Fortunately for me, Toto doesn't look "sad-eyed" at me when I eat because I have never given her little bites from my food .... Patrick is another story!!

It makes me sad to see the way she looks at HIM when we are eating!! It's toooo funny ... I will catch her begging him and she kinda glances my way when she thinks I'm not looking!!

He swears he never gives her anything on purpose but if he "accidentally" drops anything she just scarfs if up! Yeah .... and if you believe that .... !!
