When she barks or growls at someone you need to get in front of her and forcefully say NO! ... Do not move until she stops
If she is next to you on the couch and she lunges at someone NO! and Off the couch and away from you she goes

Aggressive behavior must be delt with quickly and stopped entirely everytime
honestly, when i say i spoiled her, yes i do. this doesn't mean that i encourage barking, biting, snapping at other people. yes she's spoiled. she's an only dog. she gets my entire attention. that is my definition of spoiled.

i do not let this behavior go unnoticed and i have stopped her many times. she does stop when confronted and my reason for posting this thread was to see if there was another way..possibly a better technique than what i have already been doing.
