It has been going on for way too long, so the best thing to do is take him and a fecal sample to the vet as soon as possible. If that is negative, your vet may give general meds like Metronidazole or do further testing. If it is an allergy/IBD issue, it needs to be treated so it doesn't turn into something worse.
