Hi, again I have no idea what your contract says, usually one has up to 36 hours or so after you receive a dog to accept or not to accept it, sometimes based on if it is acceptable to you and or your Vet. Breeding/show contracts may outline other considerations under which a buyer can return a dog or have it replaced. Sometimes just asking even if it is not outlined in the contract helps to work out the problem. Good luck!
