A wee wee pad that wraps around his belly will keep him from marking your home and when you do let him outside make shure to take off the belly band and replace it before he gos inside. with a new liner after a while he will work to hold his pee untill you take his wee wee pad off .. Well, he was neutered when he was dropped off by his owner at the Humane Society...It was just done at 5 years old which was a few days before I adopted him. So, you could be right. However, there are only male doggies around me. (And neighbors doggies are kept inside most of the time). Never understood the "marking of the territory" deal anyway. He is the only dog and male dog around/in the house, too..I don't get it! Anyway, wrapping a pee pad around him, a? Hummm, how do I get it to stay? What if he bites at it and pulls it off..I bet he will just pee in the pad wrapped on him as he walks around the house anyway..lol..It would just act as a diaper to change daily.

Wonder if him just being neutered has something to do with his weird behavior? (Peeing outside and then inside periodically with that little cowardly method of his?)
