Hello, I do not know what your contract says or if you are planning to have the puppy as just a pet, but that problem would only be acceptable by a buyer in my opinion, only as a pet (as a non-breeding/non-showing dog). If you plan to breed or show, I personally would not keep it and pass the problem along.
