I am so very glad your baby was not hurt! That was way too close of a call. I am seriously thinking of buying doggie mace to carry around each I take Suzi out for a walk.
I bet you anything the owner of the boxer would not be joking , if her dog had been maced! Sometimes the best offense is the best defense. In this case it would of been justified.
You have every reason in the world to be protective of your dog, and she was certainly in a very bad situation ! the owners didn't even care
