I would be a bit relutant with buying over the internet and the teacup size also. It's good that you joined YT early enough to get more info before you buy though. Regardless of where you choose to get your yorkie, atleast you'll be informed.
Good luck and my suggestion would be buying from a breeder that you feel comfortable with and can visit first to meet your pup.
