There is no way any one can tell the adult colors of a Yorkie. The best we can do is guesstimate the adult traits. I have had a female be as you describe til she was 18 months before her color changed from very dark gray/blue to the lighter steel blue color on her body. Her facial color stayed the same. The qualities you are seeking will be near impossible to find if you are not buying an adult dog. Sometimes, a breeder will retire a dog that they have used as stud for some reason. That dog should be in adult coat already and you can be sure of what you are getting.
When buying a Yorkie puppy you pay your money and take your chances. Any breeder who is trying to sell you a puppy, that would guarantee either adult color or size is not being altogether truthful. If you will not be happy with any dog other than what you have described, please look for an adult about whom there is no doubt..
