It's a common thing for yorkies. Something about their tear ducts not being all the way exposed. I'm sure someone else can explain better than me. Uni has a bit of a problem. Not pouring, but I do "eye booger detail" several times a day. I've also heard of "angel eyes" I think it's called, which if I remember correctly you put in their food and keeps the tears from staining the fur.
