I read that it should be every other week, or the least as possible. it is not possible for Uni to go more than a week. We don't have carpet at home or at work, so she sweeps up the dirt and dust with her fur. I comb her about every other day or so, but cleaning the eyes muliple times per day, per hour in fact!
