Mine is strictly trained to go outside. i don't like the idea of it being ok to pee and poop in the house. No matter what the weather was like, i put her leash and harness on and took my puppy outside to potty. Then i stayed out there until she went. Sometimes she went right away and sometimes it took 30 minutes. But i did not let her have free reign for play time until i knew she had pottied outside. housebreaking is hard, especially for yorkies so pick a training method and stick with it. consistency is key.
