I agree. I think only knowledgeable and experience breeders should breed tiny Yorkies IMO. The problem is we cannot tell people they cannot breed tiny Yorkies unless the law mandates it. I guess by using this forum, knowledgeable and experience breeders can persuade other breeders not to breed tiny Yorkies by giving them facts and sharing sad stories. I am not sure breeding tiny Yorkies is safe. I am hoping that the knowledgeable and experience breeders can nicely explain if breeding tiny Yorkies is safe.
