Dogs should be introduced with the butt of the new dog to the nose of the established dog..... this is how they meet in the animal world. if you were to watch the Cesar Melan Show on the Animal Planet channel, you can learn alot about dog behavior. Of course since they were not introduced properly you will need to have a barrier between them or have someone hold the puppie close to the older ones nose and then reverse the situation. It only takea a few seconds for them to smell to see, hey who are you and where you from? Hopefully no mental memories will remain with the puppy. I hope the pup has had it's shots or they are atleast started BeFore you take it out walking around the neighborhood. He dosen't have an imunity built up yet and can get sick, like the other one did. So how old is this puppy? have you put his pictures up yet? I haven't been on all day so don't know?
