Your baby is beautiful, I don't think he is a mix, some puppies coats are like that when they are little, he probably has a cotton coat. Some yorkies get bigger than parents because of the lines behind them, his grandparents or grant grandparents could have been larger than 7 pounds. He is adorable!
It really doesn't matter size as long as you love him
