Hmmmm...

I would suggest you get down on your hands and knees and look at things from a puppy-perspective. See what's down there that might be interesting to get into.

I bought 2 baby gates so that I could block her out of the bedrooms. I covered my heating grates (mine are set into the floor) with mesh so that her little feet (or toenails) couldn't get caught in the holes.

But mine doesn't really get into much. She has never shown any interest in electrical cords or stuff like that. So I think the best thing is to watch carefully and deal with problems as they come. I had to put bitter apple spray on some of the doorways because she was chewing those during her teething period. But stuff like that just depends on the dog.
