I know dogs that are not inbred that can have these same problems. Genetic plays some part in it but also socialization and how a dog is raised is very important too. I have a 10 year old male that is from a father/daughter breeding and he is the calmest, sweetest male you could ever imagine.

Inbreeding brother and sister is not desirable but that does not necessarily mean the offspring will be all messed up.
