I knew only one woman in my own lifetime of Goldens that did a inbreeding. She was a show/breeder for over 25 years. The entire pedigree was her own dogs. I never believed in it myself. Simply because recessive genes are just that, recessive, not seen. Double them and look out

Actually it can cause issues, from experiences I have had in the past I know this. I had a german shepherd years ago that was severly inbreed and she had severe anxiety and agression issues. She was also possessive and dominant. It was a bad situation all together.
