took Abbey for her 2nd trim..1st was fantastic..owner did it
picke her up and I had said ONLY a trim
they elec clipped her ear hair
and didnt notice until home they cut her side..have been putting ointment on it..they gave me alot of cards to hand out...but Im going to mail back with a note of disgust
