Puppy Mills are so disgusting...it truly makes me sick. I don't know how people can say they love these dogs and then turn around and treat them this way. The people who lose their dogs call themselves the victims...so wrong. On wednesday a puppy mill was busted in Kennewick, WA and had over 370 dogs there.
