What a very lucky little boy to have found you. As you don't know his background he could of escaped from a horrible home? You need to see if he becomes happier while with you, if he does then I think he may of had a lucky escape. If the last owner didn't put a collar on him or microchip him then they have been a bit irresponsible don't you think? Who knows. I hope you decide to keep him.
