Default What should i do?

ok- I'm going to try not to make this post into a novel..

I've had Maggie since Feb. and my cousin and I just moved into an apartment. She's been wanting a dog and she finally got one...a beagle. Chloe is adorable and such a loving little puppy but there are problems. Maggie eats nurto because I insist on a healthy food. well, Jamie went and bought Chloe purina. Chloe loves eating Maggie's nurto, which doesn't bother me at all. Jamie continued to try to make her eat the Purina and she got sick from switching the dog food. Just some diarrhea but she acts normal besides that.

She called the vet today. He told her that she needs to keep her on one dog food, and she refuses to waste the purina so is choosing that. I think i forgot to mention that she only lets Chloe eat once or twice a day bc she doesn't want to deal with taking her out as much and everything. WELL, Maggie has free reign over her bowl all day because she is a "picker". She picks at her food all day because we all know these little dogs dont eat a whole lot at one time.

Jamie told me today that I need to kepp maggies food up at all times unless I'm goin to feed her because it's going to make Maggie sick. I was a little taken aback by this because I've had Maggie for awhile. I refuse to make her sick and change her eating habits because of this. She is already all messed up on them from Jamie putting her bowl up the past few days. She won't eat when the bowl is on the ground because she is so confused. I told her this isn't going to work for maggie and she said, "i don't know what to tell you then".

I know this sounds semi-trivial and like a roommate problem... but it's really frustrating. I dont' want Maggie to get sick because a new puppy came in the house and it's owner doesn't want to bother with taking it out all the time.

Also, she said she found a flea on chloe today and is taking her to the vet. Frustrating. I wish she would have looked into all of this before she bought this dog from some random person and didn't know what to look for

Any suggestions?

wow, i just reread that and realized how terribly it was written. I apologize, I'm just kinda venting here and rambling.
