To be really honest, if I had to pick between RC and Pro Plan, I'd go for the Salmon and Brown Rice formula Pro Plan. Unlike RC, it does not contain any corn and is gluten free. It's really only that ONE specific formula that I would go with over the RC though-- otherwise, RC would win out. I generally don't like either of those brands to be really honest-- too pricy for too many fillers.
