Yes, there are some people out there with double standards but I think the majority are honest. I also think there are people that exaggerate the size of their dogs, when they breed them they are over 5 lbs but then when it comes times to selling the pups they are suddenly much smaller because they know that the buyers want to hear that the pups are from small parents.
