Yes, it is Tootsie Roll. My bad I had not realized that he was located in Middletown NY. I saw Fort Lee but was so excited that I had not noticed that that was not the location. Either way we have GPS, so if they are open to adopting to out of towners I'd still be willing to travel. I have not heard anything back yet but I'm going to go on their site again and see what they say about adopting out of state. Thanks for pointing the location out to me.
