I know this is inconvenient for you, but I've just got to say I love a rescue that would do this sort of thing. These people don't get paid; they are doing these inspections because they really care about animals. Almost anyone can act normal for a short period of time, but your home tells so much about you. I think they will want to check out the yard and make sure it's enclosed. Look at them as a safety inspector, who can warn you of any potential safety hazards. Also, many people rehome a dog because they didn't live in a place were they were legally allowed to have pets, so they would want to make sure this isn't the case.
