I would definitely have him vet checked before I introduced him to Bailey, but who knows how this came to be... maybe he is just lost (poor baby)... did anyone check for a microchip?
I doubt he came from a puppymill or he wouldn't have been neutered. Someone cared enough about him at some point to have him fixed.
That is so sad, I hate to hear about stray pets... I hope this works out and you can give him or help find him a forever home. |
